    Akshil Sharan is a senior at Hillsborough High School with a deep interest in the engineering process behind design, processes, and systems. With his prior experiences in the field through his research work and publication, Akshil has grown very fond of this field alongside his STEM coursework and interests in school. His leadership work both in and outside of school through clubs and sports keep him actively involved and engaged with his community.

    Pranav Rajapu is a senior at Hillsborough High School who has developed a strong interest in the biological sciences. Having gained exposure to this subject through courses, self-conducted research, and enrichment programs, he is interested in placing his explorations of such topics in the context of his community. Together, with his fellow colleagues, Pranav is excited to be involved in a project to explore energy consumption and conservation.

    Aarya Iyer is a senior at Hillsborough High School with a keen STEM mind and a deep interest in systems design and process. Aarya is also a musician and a Varsity XC and track athlete, and takes particular interest in giving back to his running and music communities by training young runners as well as performing with professional music bands. Through his independent research as well as his sound engineering internship, Aarya has developed a strong interest in the applied aspects of engineering and is looking forward to learning more about energy systems while actively contributing to his community.

    Samuel Yarkoni is a senior at Hillsborough High School who has developed a deep interest in technology field. Through his research of artificial intelligence and other course based research, Sam continues to be engaged in this field of interest; looking forward to integrating automated technology to create more efficient energy to help the community. Outside of stem, Sam enjoys playing track and soccer on the high school team, and plays an instrument.
