Save Energy, Save Earth

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy.”

- Nikola Tesla

The mission of Energy Guardians is to lead a period of transition in which consumption is analyzed, solutions are designed, and energy is deemed efficient through a sustainable and renewable lens. We plan to lead projects, publicize research through research papers/blogs, and educate people to pursue our mission.

Perhaps a New Inception?

- Akshil Sharan, Founder

Launched on March 17, 1958, Vanguard 1 was the first satellite to be powered by solar electric power. According to NASA, approximately 65 years later, it continues to hold the spot for the oldest man-made object to remain in orbit. Although it may seem as a mere coincidence at first, the first solar satellite produced results that broke the records of history. Considering that this was established 65 years ago, it is overwhelming to imagine what new discoveries await us in the near-future.

The action known as change often implies making either an essential difference or a substitution of one thing for another. The idea of change is one that Energy Guardians wishes to implement in the technological aspect of today’s community. Energy Guardians is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Hillsborough, New Jersey; driven to bring energy to our society in a new form. Our organization will analyze energy consumption and research to optimize utilization while minimizing environmental repercussions.

Light, heat, wind, water, electricity, and sound are all different types of energy that we use on a daily basis unknowingly. Together, let’s energize the world around to save these energies.

SAVE ENERGY, SAVE EARTH
